UNIQUELY IMPERFECT
All our woolen goods are hand crafted and part of a small quantity of hand-made objects. There may only be limited editions of similar products ever produced due to its intricate design and difficult techniques. No two items are the same! We hope you accept, and appreciate, when they come with a little imperfection or look slightly different from the photo on the website. It’s part of the item’s unique character.
DRY CLEANING IS PREFERRED
For woolen and felt products, we recommend dry cleaning. In special cases, hand washing in warm water (not higher than 35 ° C) using mild soap is acceptable. Otherwise, the product may shrink significantly in size under the influence of hot water or mechanical pressure. After washing, it is recommended to shape the product and dry it in the shade.
MATERIALS
The materials and production technologies of the product comply with safety requirements. The dyes used in production are safe and harmless to health.
MAINTENANCE
Colored woolen goods may fade their color over time if exposed under direct sunlight. Try to keep them inside in the shade. It is also quite useful to rotate your carpet from time to time to prevent discoloration, matting from frequent foot traffic, and excessive dirt in one spot. When a carpet is partially covered by a couch, desk, or ottoman, the covered part will inevitably stay cleaner than the exposed portion of the carpet. Simply rotate your carpet once every six months.
